A wonderful, part old-timey, part unique and new concept barber-spa has opened at 6 Elm Street, next to Taylors Luggage.
Males of all ages can get a top-notch haircut, styled by the the shop's owner, Albert Gonzales, who had been cutting hair since he was 13! The barber-spa is also known for its straight edge shaves, which many customers have called the "best they have ever had." Warm towels on he face, heated shaving cream, and even massages while the hair is being cut, make this new addition to town a welcome one!
To make an appointment, call 801-9900; walk-ins are also accepted.

"No Drama Mammas and Pappas of Connecticut" is the brainchild of mom Theresa Zagarino who has created a Web site for parents to network with for in-person meet ups with their children.
According to Theresa, "We are parents that want to participate in activities with our kids, not just drop them off."
The meet up group is open to all parents - working, stay-at-home, expecting, single parents and those new to Fairfield County. Currently there are over 100 families who have signed up on the Web site:
